This is a new banking and budget management application for 2016 for the iPad.
This application has the following features:
Banking;
- Create any type of bank account for checking, savings, expense accounts, and home business banking.
- Each new bank account has a separate set of banking records for entering that accounts data.
- There are bank account lists, report, and portal records.
- The portals individual record screen allows you to search for records that have one or more fields in the search screen.
Budgets;
- Create budgets for business and home records with categories that you create to track on a grid format.
- The budgets are organized by category on the left of the screen, and the row across is the month to month costs. The vertical column is used for the individual categories.
- At the bottom and right edge of the grid the summaries are shown for the individual categories, and the bottom of the grid has the summaries for the month by month, the sum of costs for the month, and the difference between the budget amount and the actual costs for the month.
- The lower right of the screen summaries the sum of the budgets, the sum for the costs for the year, and the balance of the remaining budget.
This budget grid was designed to provide ease of usage where even a novice can learn the budget tool in an hour or less.
There are 2 YouTube help videos to teach the users to learn the screens. The videos are accessed from the app screens.
This app includes free technical support where a button takes you to the developer support site.
